Between a rock & a hard place I’ve been in uni for about 3 weeks now, boy o boy things go fast!  Been trying to keep up with the lectures but sometimes i can never follow. That bit of extra work that i squeeze is just to stay on par. *INSERT DEPRESSIVE SIGH* But i guess nothing’s easy, just gotta slug it out and take things bit by bit and i’ll get there! I miss my family, friends & amanda so much, but i guess i have to make the best of things to actually move on in brisbane:0 Lets hope in 6 months i get a lot better at juggling uni! cheerio!

A few days ago when we asked all of you what your favorite LIFE photo was…
fallenspaceman answered: The cover shot for Yankee Papa 13!
Excellent choice. Over the decades, while LIFE magazine published dozens of photo essays by the 20th century’s greatest photographers, few combined the raw intensity and technical brilliance of Larry Burrows’ seminal “One Ride With Yankee Papa 13″ — widely seen as the single greatest photographic achievement to emerge from the war in Vietnam.
